Kristy Flora was born and raised in Oakdale, California, and never strayed far. She and her family live on the west side of Modesto and spend most Sundays with her parents and the rest of the family. “The cousins run wild on the cattle-turned-almond ranch I was raised on, while the adults hang out and loosely supervise,” she says.

Kristy has always had a fondness for real estate she attributes to her father. “Watching my dad work with investors, farmers, ranchers, and estate owners to make life transitions has been so inspiring,” she says. “He has enjoyed it so much that he encouraged me to pursue a career in real estate.”

Through her professional background and experience, Kristy gained skills that proved essential as a real estate professional. Meticulous and detail oriented, she works closely with people from all walks of life, hearing their stories, addressing their concerns, and helping them achieve their goals. Her clientele ranges from lateral movers, investors, forever-home seekers, and anyone “looking for a little more fresh air and dirt,” she says.

When she’s not working, Kristy enjoys outdoor activities, cultivating her rose garden, making fresh-cut floral arrangements, and spending time with her husband, Brian, and their three children.
